Zestcode Automation is the order automation practice of Zestcode Digital, a UK development company that has specialised in Laravel, WordPress and Shopify for over seven years.
We build bespoke platforms that take orders from the inbox to the carrier for wholesalers, distributors and manufacturers, working alongside the ERP and accounts systems they already rely on. Each platform is built for one client, and once it’s live that client owns it outright.
Why a dedicated practice
Plenty of businesses run on a capable ERP and still move orders around by hand. Generic automation tools struggle with the variety of real purchase orders, and replacing the ERP is rarely the answer.
The work in between, reading orders reliably, checking them against your own data, getting them to the warehouse and booking the delivery, needs a bespoke build that fits the way your business already works. That’s the only thing Zestcode Automation does.

Nothing reaches your ERP until someone on your team approves it. Fully automatic approval is built in from day one, but stays switched off until you ask for it.
Your ERP stays in charge
We don’t replace Unleashed, Xero or your stock system. Orders are created there as your team would create them, so pricing, invoicing and reporting carry on unchanged.
Every action logged
An audit log records who approved, edited or removed each order and when, through to the warehouse and the carrier. When a customer queries an order, the answer is one search away.
Low running costs
No per-user licence fees. Hosting, AI processing and cloud printing are billed to you directly at cost: for a few hundred orders a month, that’s typically under £50 a month.
Built for you, owned by you
Every platform is a bespoke build, not a licence to shared software. Once it’s live you own it outright, running on a UK server in an account in your company’s name.
