Carrier booked, label printed

When an order is packed, the platform prices the delivery, books it with the carrier, prints the label and ship note, saves the tracking number and completes the order in your ERP. Your team steps in only when something needs a decision.

  1. Order capture
  2. Order review
  3. ERP & accounts sync
  4. Warehouse pick & pack
  5. Shipping & carriers

Everything after “Complete order”

Live delivery pricing

Weights and dimensions from the warehouse are priced with the carrier or your rate card, and the delivery charge on the order is updated.

Price differences held

If the real cost differs from the delivery charge on the PO, the order is held until the office confirms, before anything is invoiced.

Your accounts, your rates

Bookings use your existing carrier accounts and contracted rates. Pallets can be queued until they fall within the carrier’s booking window.

Printed without a click

Labels go to the 4x6 label printer and ship notes to the A4 printer automatically, through a small pre-configured print PC.

Failures you can fix

If a booking fails, for example on an invalid postcode, it’s marked as failed with the reason and can be retried once corrected.

Completed in your ERP

The shipment, tracking number, parcel count and weight are saved to the order, which is then completed so invoicing runs as normal.

Visibility for the office, no chasing for the warehouse

Delivery price check

The delivery charge on the order is updated to the real cost. If that differs from the PO, the order waits for the office to check the price and confirm, so it can be amended before it’s invoiced.

  • Live price from the carrier or rate card
  • Compared with the PO
  • Held until someone confirms

Booked and labelled

Shipments are booked with DPD, TPN or your carrier of choice. The label prints the moment the booking is made and the tracking number goes straight onto the order.

  • Parcel and pallet services
  • Queued bookings for later dates
  • Tracking saved to the ERP

Ship notes and collections

A ship note in your existing layout prints with every completed order. Collection orders skip the carrier: the customer is emailed when the order is ready, and the name of whoever collects it is recorded.

  • Ship note in your current layout
  • Ready-to-collect emails
  • Collected-by name saved to the order

Typical scope

Shipping is built in the second phase, alongside the warehouse devices.
