One queue, one click to approve

Every incoming order waits in a single queue, oldest first, with the original email a click away. Your team checks what’s been flagged, makes any corrections and approves. Nothing goes further without a person saying so.

  1. Order capture
  2. Order review
  3. ERP & accounts sync
  4. Warehouse pick & pack
  5. Shipping & carriers

Designed for the people doing the checking

Inbox-style queue

Orders listed down the left, oldest first, with status, value and customer. Open one alongside, the way Outlook or Gmail works.

Original email to hand

Every order has a View email button showing the original message and its attachments, so the source is always one click away.

Warnings that mean something

Low-confidence fields, unmatched products, price differences, stock shortfalls and PO total mismatches, each shown where it applies.

Totals you can trust

Line totals use your ERP prices. Subtotal, delivery, VAT and total are calculated as you edit, and compared with the total on the PO.

Phone orders, same screen

Manual orders use the same form with blank fields. They skip the queue and are approved as soon as they’re saved.

Filters and history

Sort by date or value and filter by customer or status to find an older order in seconds.

Approve with confidence, not crossed fingers

Everything on one form

Customer, PO number, dates, contact details, delivery address, line items, delivery method and internal comments, laid out the way your team already thinks about an order.

  • Customer picked from your ERP
  • Delivery address from the PO or the account
  • Lines added, removed and edited in place

Problems surfaced, not buried

Warnings appear against the field or line they relate to, with the reason. A price difference shows both prices; a stock shortfall shows what’s available.

  • Price differs from your ERP
  • Insufficient stock
  • PO total mismatch

A record of every decision

Approvals, edits and removals are logged against the person who made them, with the time. Two-person approval can be added for high-value orders.

  • Full audit log
  • Two-factor sign-in for every user
  • Optional buddy checking
