Created in your ERP, exactly as you would

Approved orders are created in Unleashed or your ERP with the right customer, products, prices and PO reference. Your existing processes, reports and invoicing carry on unchanged.

  1. Order capture
  2. Order review
  3. ERP & accounts sync
  4. Warehouse pick & pack
  5. Shipping & carriers

Your ERP stays the system of record

Created as normal orders

Approved orders become ordinary sales orders (in Unleashed, with a status of Placed), indistinguishable from ones keyed in by hand.

PO reference kept

The customer’s PO number is saved to the customer reference field, so it appears on paperwork and can be searched later.

Your prices, your stock

Products, prices, stock, customers and delivery methods are read from your ERP, so every check uses current data.

New customers in one click

When an order arrives from a new customer, the account can be created in your ERP from the review screen.

Invoicing unchanged

Your ERP still raises invoices into Xero, Sage or QuickBooks as it does today. We don’t sit in the middle of your accounts.

Refreshed before picking

If the office changes an order in the ERP after approval, the warehouse sees the change the moment the order is opened for picking.

A clean handover, every time

Mapped field by field

Each part of an approved order is mapped to the matching field in your ERP, agreed with you during the specification. The data looks exactly as your team would enter it.

  • Customer, PO reference and status
  • Lines at ERP prices
  • Delivery method, charge and date

The whole history in one place

From the email arriving to the carrier booking, every step is recorded against the order, so you can see where it is and who has touched it.

  • Timeline for every order
  • Linked to the ERP order
  • Searchable audit log

Works with what you run

Unleashed is a natural fit, and we connect to other ERP, inventory and accounts systems through their APIs, including Xero, Sage, QuickBooks, Linnworks, Cin7 and Brightpearl.
